Rob Stockett
Rob Stockett has served as Madison Properties Inc.'s Principal Broker and president for over 25 years. He has vast experience in agricultural, recreational, and timber acreage sales as a broker representing both buyers and sellers. Rob's fields of experience include commercial and residential subdivision development, Agriculture, conservation easements, conservation programs, waterfowl habitat development, wildlife habitat development, Estate Executor, and the Trustee of Property Trust. Rob has served as a director on multiple non-profit Boards, is a member of Northminster Baptist Church, and is married to Carroll Blair and the father of two.
John C. Dinkins +, CCIM
John works in all aspects of Commercial Investment property and has over 35 years of experience in real estate. He is a full-service broker specializing in buyer & tenant representation and site selection. John is past president of the Mississippi Association of REALTORS and also a member of the CCIM Faculty. He is considered a trusted advisor with a broad network and possesses very intricate knowledge of acquisitions, development, entitlement, tax planning consulting, and disposition of all real estate property types.
Rimes Dinkins
Rimes serves as a residential and commercial agent in the Madison, Hinds, and Rankin County market. He studied Environmental Economics at Mississippi State University, and helped start Two Brothers in Starkville, MS. Prior to real estate, Rimes worked in the energy industry on residential and multifamily building assessments. He is an accredited Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Associate and is currently in the process of getting his CCIM Designation. Rimes enjoys mountain biking, recreational farming, renovation projects, and time with family and friends.
